Our service provides in-home and online learning experiences tailored for all types of learners with all types of goals.

By customizing the student learning experience for each student according to his or her unique skills, abilities, preferences, background, and experiences our Highly Qualified Professional Tutors can Tailor a Professional Plan to help with students success and academic achievement.

Our customized tutoring program teaches your child the skills he or she needs to deal with the challenges of school, and will help him or her develop critical thinking and learning skills that are used for life.

Your child's customized learning plan, will also include learning strategies to implement in school, learning development of study and organization skills, and your student will learn improved school habits.

Holistic Approach

We take a Holistic educational approach with our students which is a comprehensive approach to teaching our students where our Professional Tutors/Educators seek to address the emotional, social, ethical, executive functioning skills, and academic needs of students in an integrated learning system. Our Professional Educators/Tutors also help to empower students to learn better.

Rates

Pre-K through 5th Grade- (Orton-Gillingham, Linda Mood Bell, ELA, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies)-

$65-75 for a 1 year Tutoring Contract. Higher Rates Apply to 6 Month and 1 Month Contracts.

Middle School 6th-8th Grade- (Orton-Gillingham, Linda Mood Bell, ELA, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish 1,2,3 )-

$70-95 for 1 Year Tutoring Contract. Higher Rates Apply to 6 Month and 1 Month Contracts.

High School 9th-12th Grade- (Orton-Gillingham, Linda Mood Bell, ELA, Writing, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science, Earth and Environnmental Science, Sociology, Psychology, Social Studies, Spanish 1,2,3,).

$75-$ 100 for a 1 Year Contract for Tutoring Services. Higher Rates Apply to 6 month and 1 Month Contracts.

(EOG Prep,SAT Prep, ACT Prep,ASVAB Prep, Online Course Support)$150

(ISEE Prep)-$100

Initial (NON-REFUNDABLE) Student Tutoring Registration Fee: $60.00

For students that need Reading, Spelling, and Writing Services through the Orton Gillingham Approach, Linda Mood Bell Approach, or Wilson Reading Program an Initial Assessment is Required before sessions can began. The Assessment charge is $155.00 and, is Non-Refundable.

Note: Prior to Tutoring and Coaching Services being Rendered a Tutoring and Coaching Contract must be signed and filled out by students legal guardian before services can be rendered.

If a student is 18 years and older the student may fill out his or her Tutor/Coaching Contract.

Our Process:

1. We first began with a initial free consultation, where we speak with you and your student to learn about your goals, assess your child's needs, and recommend a customized plan to help.

2. After getting to know your student and their academic goals, we carefully match a Professional Tutor with your student.

3. Once you're student is matched with a Professional Tutor your student will get the help they need to fill in learning gaps and build confidence through regular customized tutoring sessions.

4. Providing Excellent Customer Service and helping with Student Success and academic achievement is what we strive for with every one of our students, and our company follows up on our services with the students, by keeping the family in the loop and, checking in with regular session reports.

Faq's and Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do you offer online tutoring ?

We do offer online tutoring and in-person tutoring.

2. Do you offer any other test prep services?

We provide test prep options for many standardized tests including SAT, ACT, EOG Prep, GRE, MCAT, LSAT, and other regional and national testing depending on location.

3. What Subjects do you offer tutoring for?

We offering tutoring and coaching services for a variety of subjects including Math, English, Test Prep, Sciences, and ESL, and More.

4. Is there Drop-In Tutoring?

We do not offer drop in tutoring as all tutoring is conducted in the privacy of the students home, library, school, preferred location, and online.

5. Are Tutors available in other languages besides English?

Tutors are available in a variety of languages but, please contact our office to determine if we have a tutor available for the specific subject required.

6. Who are the Tutors?

The Tutors we work with are Professional Teachers that come from a variety of backgrounds that have a wide variety of disciplines and have years of expertise and knowledge in various subject areas. 2 things that all of our Professional Teachers/Tutors have in common is that they are experts in their respective academic fields and they are passionate about helping students succeed and achieve academic excellence.

7. Are you flexible with tutoring days and times?

Yes.

8. I signed up for Tutoring and Coaching service so how long will it take to get matched with a Professional Teacher/Tutor?

Gifted Learners Premier Academic Tutoring and Coaching Solutions has a (ROBUST) amount of Licensed Teachers that are Experts in thier field ready to provide services to students however, due to the availability of our Licensed Teachers and, Matching process it normally takes up to a week to get a Student Matched with one of our Licensed Professional Teachers, however in some circumstances regarding availability and schedule conflicts its possible that it could take longer up to a Month to get Matched with one of our Licensed Professional Teachers/Tutors.

9. Do you Hire College students and High School Students to be Tutors for your company?

High School Students and College Students are not Seasoned Professional Educators.High School Students and College Students are limited in knowledge and expertise which is why Gifted Learners doesn't Hire College students and High school students. Gifted Learners Premier Services only Hires Licensed Professional Teachers and, College Professors that have years of experience teaching, as well as years of hands on experience that are Experts in thier Field.

10. Do you perform Background Checks on all Licensed Professional Teachers and College Professors that you Hire to tutor students?

Our company performs (STATE and FEDERAL) Background checks on all employees. Our company understands and, prioritizes the Safety of every child we provide service to.

(PARENTS BEWARE: Some (MAJOR) well known Tutoring companies are Claiming to do Background Checks on individuals they Hire and, thier NOT which puts your child potentially in harms way).

11. Does your company offer Payment Plans?

Our Company does Offer Payment Plans. We Require a Up-front Payment of the Initial (NON-REFUNDABLE) Registration Fee and 4 Payments in Advance and, depending on how many weeks of service the client wants for service a Scheduled Payment/Installment Plan Sheet will be given to client to make client aware of when the next Payment is Due.

12. What is the minimum amount of sessions that I can get Tutoring Help?

The (MINIMUM) amount of sessions you can get for Tutoring Help is 5 Sessions. However, Gifted Learners Recommends that clients get at least 40 Sessions or more which can ultimately help students thrive more in their academics. As Licensed Professionals we realize that shorter sessions can actually hinder a student from fully grasping information and our GOAL is to ensure the overall success of our students that we help. So that is why we RECOMMEND longer Sessions.

13. What is your CANCELLATION Policy for Services?

After we receive Sign-up/Contract paperwork for a student, the student and or parent has 3 Days from the Date the Contract was Signed to Cancel with (NO PENALTY) and any student Payment towards Tutoring Sessions Paid in those 3 days will be (REFUNDED). (However all INITIAL REGISTRATION FEES and all INITIAL ASSESSMENT FEES are NONREFUNDABLE).

After the 3 day period if the student or parents elect to Cancel Services,Payments will not be Refunded and, Payment for the Remainder of the Contract will still be DUE. For example, if a parent decided within 2 weeks that they want to Cancel thier Child's Tutoring Service, the Parent would still OWE the amount due in the Contract.

14. Even though I understand, that it normally takes a week to Match Teachers/Tutors with students what if my child still has not been assigned a Teacher/Tutor and it has been 1 month can I get my money REFUNDED in this situation?

At Gifted Learners the majority of the students we serve get Matched with a Teacher/Tutor within a week because we have many Teachers/Tutors with our company but, in very few cases it may take up to a month to Match a Student with a Teacher due to availability and scheduling conflicts, however rest assure that we GUARANTEE that students will be placed as soon as possible which in very few cases it has been up to 1 month.

In this particular situation we would apologize for the inconvenience if a student was not matched in 1 week, however our policy is after 3 days from the contract being signed its NONREFUNDABLE on all fees.

If a student has not been Matched by a Month parents or Students are still expected to Pay on thier Bill. And our company would continue to find the right Tutor/Teacher for the student to help with the students success.

15. Providing Excellent Customer Service and helping with Student Success and academic achievement is what we strive for with every one of our students, and our company follows up on our services with the students, by keeping the family in the loop and, checking in with regular session reports.

16. Policy: At Gifted Learners Premier Tutoring and Coaching Solutions we have a Policy where we (DO NOT) share confidential and private information nor give private information such as Teaching Licenses, Certifications, and Employment information about our Educational Professionals to Customers due to State and Federal Laws pertaining to Privacy Rights. With that being said we guarantee and ensure that any Teacher-Tutor your student works with will be Highly Qualified and an Expert Teacher in his or her field that can provide your student with exceptional Tutoring Services.

Per our Policy: Tutoring Clients are not (Allowed) to obtain any Educational Professionals with Gifted Learners Premier Tutoring and Coaching Solutions Teaching License, Certifications, and Employment History due to Privacy Laws and Employee Rights. If a Tutoring Client does try to obtain information on a Educational Professional working with thier student, (All Services Will Be Cancelled Effective Immediately) with NO REFUND because this would be a Clear Violation of Gifted Learners Premier Tutoring and Coaching Solutions (Privacy Policy and a Professional Boundary Violation as well as a Violation of (State and Federal Laws pertaining to Privacy).

We provide 1-on-1 Tutoring Tailored to address student needs. Your child will receive an individualized learning experience he or she can’t always get in a classroom setting. Our Professional Tutors will customize the lessons and activities just for your child.

Our Tutoring Service supports all students including students with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Auditory and Visual Processing Disorder, Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities, Deafness and Hard of Hearing, Blindness and Partially Blind, and Language Based Learning Disabilities.
